Acceptance Of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Tavioo websites, applications, communications workflows, support channels, and related services operated by Orlando O Spencer I, Inc.. By accessing or using Tavioo, you agree to these Terms.

Tavioo Service

Tavioo provides property-response orchestration tools for maintenance intake, request tracking, routing, scheduling support, follow-up, approvals, communications, and operational visibility. Tavioo may use calls, SMS, email, dashboards, automated agents, and integrations to support those workflows.

Accounts And Authorized Users

  • Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
  • Organizations are responsible for authorizing users, assigning roles, and managing access to property and contact information.
  • Users may only access information and workflows they are authorized to use.
  • Tavioo may suspend access to protect security, service integrity, or compliance.

Customer Data And Workflow Responsibility

Organizations and users are responsible for the accuracy, legality, consent basis, and operational use of data they enter into Tavioo. Tavioo helps coordinate property-response workflows but does not replace the judgment, obligations, or responsibilities of property owners, managers, operators, providers, or emergency services.

SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in to Tavioo text messages, you agree to receive recurring transactional and service-related messages from Tavioo about maintenance intake, request status, scheduling, follow-up, support, and related property-response workflows. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Tavioo text messages are intended for transactional and service communications. Tavioo users must not use the service to send unlawful, misleading, unsolicited, prohibited, or non-consensual messages.

Emergency And Safety

Tavioo is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate threat to life, health, safety, property, fire, crime, gas leak, flooding, or other emergency, contact emergency services or the appropriate emergency maintenance contact immediately.

Third-Party Services

Tavioo may rely on third-party communications, hosting, database, analytics, security, and workflow providers. Third-party services may process information as needed to operate Tavioo and may be subject to their own terms, policies, and availability.

Prohibited Use

  • Do not use Tavioo for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized activity.
  • Do not submit false consent information or send messages to people who have not opted in where consent is required.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, authentication, access-control, provider, carrier, or rate-limit protections.
  • Do not upload or transmit malicious code, unauthorized sensitive data, or content that violates law or third-party rights.

Disclaimers And Limits

Tavioo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Tavioo does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, message delivery, provider availability, emergency response, repair completion, or legal compliance for an organization's own use of the service.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, organizations and users agree to defend and indemnify Tavioo from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from their data, workflows, communications, consent practices, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a different rule is required by applicable law.

Changes To These Terms

Tavioo may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective or last updated date.
