Statement: Tavioo can ask for an estimate from the issue description, or arrange an estimate visit so the contractor can see the job first. For a visit, Tavioo asks the contractor for times and confirms one with the resident.
Limitation: A visit fee is the contractor's own charge, separate from Tavioo's usage charges, and it follows your visit-fee approval limit.
Limitation: Which channels Tavioo can use depends on your setup and your contractor's contact details.

Statement: The monthly limit counts new estimate requests, not money. Each request counts once, the count starts again each calendar month in UTC, unused requests do not roll over, and turning the add-on off and on does not reset it.
Limitation: The default offer is 300 requests a month. The limit your owner or admin accepts applies, and Unlimited needs their explicit choice.

Statement: When the monthly limit is reached, new requests continue as ordinary repairs and you see a notice. The add-on can still show On, because reaching the limit does not turn it off.
